Suggest Treatment For Red Itchy Rashes On The Breast And Armpit

I have a red, itchy rash on my body, under both breasts and extending up into my armpit and also on my groin and extending all around to my low back. I had a UTI that was being treated with Diflucan 150 mg (1 dose) and Macrobid 100mg twice per day. I took these meds on Friday and Friday night the rash appeared. I have discontinued the Macrobid. I m using Hydro cortisone 1 % cream and Benadryl cream. I have seen no improvement. Please advise. Thank you so much.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello, as per ur history, the rash appears drug induced maculopapular rash.
Since you arenot continuing your suspected culprit drugs, the rash will subside. To hasten recovery, i will adv you to take Tab Cetrizine 10 mg at bedtime and apply dermocalm lotion locally on the lesions twice daily. I willnot adv steroids for the same.
Wishing you a speedy recovery
Take care
Thanks
