Suggest Treatment For Red Itchy Rash On The Arms

I have had a red itchy rash that comes out on the creases of my arms but mainly on the left arm for over a year now. The lymph nodes in that area become swollen as well when the rash appears. It was gone for three or four months but is back now. What could it be?

Please try to find a correlation of the rash with use of some article, chemical, activity, climate etc and notice its evolution. A rash is known to increase the size of draining lymph nodes either due to the cause or due to deposition of the applied medication but that should disperser of its own. One should be mainly concerned with diagnosis of the primary lesion and its treatment and prevention. So help you doctor by being vigilant and seek an appointment. there is no hurry but you better show up with the doctor when the lesions are active.
