Suggest Treatment For Red Itchy Bumps On Penis

hi I was wondering if someone could help identify the bumps on my boyfriends penis. He has 20 red itchy bumps. We just recently moved in together and I noticed i started getting little ichy bumps in hot areas like between legs on the thigh, armpits, behind the knees etc and so has he. Just now I realized his penis is full of this little bumps. Bed bugs? Scabies? I don t know I want to go get it checked out but I m wondering if it s urgent or not.

I really appreciate your concern, such skin lesion on penis could be due to some infection and it may be dermatitis could be scabies or bacterial infection but it can be managed with local application of "Gamma benzene lotion" and Beclomethasone cream with oral antibiotic and best would be "Tab Amoxicillin 500 mg" three times in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
