Suggest Treatment For Red Bumps On Legs

In the last few months I ve developed very red bumps all over my legs. They re not itchy, and it s not like a patch. Near the end of summer they cropped up and I can t get rid of them. I m not sure what s going on, but it s very noticeable and bothersome. I m hoping the treatment is as simple as changing my body wash, but I don t know. Any ideas as to what this is and how to make it go away?

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have red bumps on legs which occurs due to infection of hair follicles leading to folliculitis and due to blockage of clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to apply topical antibacterial ointment such as mupirocin and do yoga and meditation daily. You should get hormone levels monitored. Make use of product containing benzoyl peroxide. Take Multivitamin supplements. Drink plenty of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. Apply Adapalene gel once at night. Also wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice a day , exfoliate your face once a week , apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day.If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
