Suggest Treatment For Red Bump On The Penis

I have small red bumps on the rim of my penis. Started as a red swelled area that included part of the head. This was back in October. I had unprotected sex three times with my partner but she said she did not have any sti s. My general practitioner thought it could be yeast and prescribed antifungal cream. It seem to help at first and then didn t seem to help. Then a derm app said it looked like napa iris and suggested a steroid cream. Also seemed to help but the area was still red with small spots. There has been no kind of discharge. Just these persistent red spots
