Suggest Treatment For Red Bump On Eyebrow

I have a hard red bump next to my left eyebrow. I thought it was a pimple but I have tried popping it and also have tried acne cream. I ve had it for a few days and it hurts really bad and now when I sleep at night my left eye swells up. I want to get rid of this bump quickly what is the best thing to do?

it is a infected growth. it requiresoral anti biotic like ezythrocin500mg daily for 5days. can give warm compression over it. if pain take hifenac p tablet after food for 3days with con troll of infection all swelling and pain will subside.
