Suggest Treatment For Red And Itchy Insect Bite

I've been bitten by an unidentified bug and have not been feeling well. I'm achy all over and feel exhausted. I want to know if I should be concerned. The bite (on my thigh) is actually several small red dots that do not have any discernable pattern- but they are red and very itchy. There seems to be anywhere from 7-10 individual bumps.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello. The usual symptoms of an insect bite are local: swelling, redness, itching ...
When the person does not feel well and is exhausted,it is necessary to perform a blood test to rule out infection-bacteria or virus-transmitted by the insect.
Go to your doctor as soon as possible.
I wish you good health.
