Suggest Treatment For Recurring Trichotillomania
I m 18 years old, I have trichotillomania for 4 years now, I could stop pulling my hair for a whole year but i started doing it again since january, My hair is long and I just want it to grow back within 2 months from roots about 10 cm or something, I m planning to cut it all to be equal, so I could really use help to learn ways to make it grow back and to stop pulling my hair, can u help me ?
