General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
You are getting effect with antibiotics.... but acne keep on recurring,as basic cause remains.
It can be oily skin causing primary lesion which over the time gets infected... due to either breaking or picking the acne / lack of cleaning or getting soiled with dust or sweat .
-You need to wash face frequently with suitable soap to prevent oiliness, blocking of the sweat glands to cause basic pimple.
-Consultation of a dermatologist & get investigated to determine hormonal pattern that causes the acne basically.... to be followed by hormone therapy to correct the cause.
Thanks.
