Suggest Treatment For Recurring Nose Bleeds

Hi I have been getting nose bleeds now for about a week and half. I take rampiril 10mg and now take andmoldine 5mg since Thursday and I have been given bactroban for my nose. The nose bleeds are still continuing. Mostly through the night. Just can t understand why this keeps happening.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of recurring nose bleeds which is known as hemoptysis. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like traumatic injury to nose, hight blood pressure , sinusitis or ruptured blood vessel .

Apply cold compresses to nose and compress while bleeding .Well this condition need immediate medical attention.

you should consult an Otolaryngologist and he can advise you to get nasal endoscopy done along with investigations like Bleeding and clotting time,complete blood picture, hemoglobin %,prothrombin time to rule out for possible causes of nose bleeds and treatment of the underlying cause if present will help in resolution.
