My Dear

Welcome to Healthcaremagic!
I have assessed your description of the problem and think that this description matches with that of a steroid dependence. Whenever one tries to withdraw steroids, there is resurgence of symptoms until more of it is applied and the vicious circle is set up.

I face this problem in many patients and the way I get them off steroids is by Tapering. tapering means that you gradually reduce the quantity, frequency, or both of steroid application till you reach zero level.

In your case, you might like to dilute Lobate with cold cream with sequentially increasing proportion of cold cream and go on reducing till you are comfortable without any steroid in the preparation.

During this phase, one may need anti allergic to control itching like symptoms. Pleas also note down if there are any triggers for you and those meed to be avoided.

Hopefully, we will hear from you about your recovery.

Best wishes
