Suggest Treatment For Recurring Hemorrhoids That Bleed During Defecation

Hi Doctor, I have got bleeding piles for almost 7 years now. At first, I would experience pain with blood but now I bleed with burning sensation. I got colonoscopy done and was reported having 2nd grade Hemorrhoids. There is a pattern I observed, I bleed for every 3 months. It stops after medication then again after 3 months it returns. Also when I exercise. Please advice me. Is it piles or some other underlying problem because it keeps coming even after taking precautions.

Hello dear

Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly .

* This seems in relation with hemorrhoids most likely , if not recovering
well with medications , surgery should be considered as a permanent
solution .

* Though clinical confirmation is must to approve the above with ano
proctoscopy examination in person .

Hope this will help you for sure .
Regards .
