Suggest Treatment For Recurring Fever

my son is 1.5 years old and is suffering from fever since 4 days. the body does feel hot but the head is always hot. the moment we give medicine for fever, the fever subsides, but again comes back after the effect of the medicine is gone.

As per ur query.it can be due to an infection.a proper antibiotic course ll help reduce the fever with an antipyretic drug like paracetamol.
