1. frequent antibiotic use alters the normal beneficial bacteria which normally keeps a check on Candida [yeast fungus] which lives in moist places of body including vagina, so probably you are suffering from 'chronic yeast infection' [vulvovaginal candidiasis]

2. one has to rule out certain conditions which can predispose a person to frequent vaginal infections like:
. reduced Immunity [check with HIV status]
. uncontrolled diabetes
. obesity
. use of birth control pills/estrogen therapy.

3. To prevent infection from recurring, apart from drugs one has to practice hygienic measures also:

. use cotton underwears instead of synthetic ones
. avoid tight jeans
. wipe from front to back
. avoid douching
. simultaneous treatment of male partner.

PS. after identifying possible causes only then one can get the appropriate treatment.
