Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Umbilical Hernia
hi thanks for the invitation about 2 years ago I had an umbilical hernia operation where a net was placed over it to keep it at bay but as I love food, and have put on weight, Podgy (the name for my hernia) has come out again have you got any home remedies or tip and advice to help me put Podgy back where he belongs thanks

There are not many effective non surgical recommendations especially if the hernia is big.
Weight loss to decrease abdominal pressure would help.
Controlling coughing and decreasing any constipation would help as well.
