Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Sore Throat, Runny Nose And Cough
Hello , I got a case of gatroesophageal reflux , at first , during eating my dinner I always gets heartburn , frequently , during each month , I always get a case of sore throat + running nose + cough , which seems to be connected to the reflux , I go to the ENT doctor and he described Antopral 40 mg and muco SR .. I become fine for months , but when I stopped tha entopral for only 3 - 4 days , the case of sore throat and running nose returns again today how can I treat this case permanently ?

this looks like Allergic rhinitis where you have running nose . .the post nasal discharge can cause chronic cough and sore throat. . so I recommend tab montelukast with levocetrizine 10/5mg one tab at night for a month and to treat your reflex tab rabeprazole 20 mg one every day in empty stomach for 14 days . . get well soon. .
