Suggest Treatment For Recurrent High Fever In A Child

My son is 2 years old 3 in September he has been having temperatures very regular one every couple of weeks he comes down with a bad temperature I take him to the doctors and there is nothing there to say that s causeing no eat infection no throat infection nothing I am really worried and need some advice please

I really appreciate your concern, it is advisable to keep the chart of body temperature if it is more than hundred degree ""F"' then this need to be investigated for any infection, if the temperature is below this then this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
