General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
it seems that he might be having chronic urinary tract infection with resistant bacteria.
There is a possibility of having some problem in prostates as well.
Go for routine urine testing with culture and sensitivity test to know specific organisms causing this infection and antibiotic medicine working against this organisms.
After report go for long appropriate antibiotic medicine course.
Ok and take care.
