Suggest Treatment For Rectal Pain, hemorrhoids And Diarrhea

I had gallbladder surgery in December. Since then I have had hemrroids and diarrhea, some loss of control but painful hemrroids and rectal pain. I am using over the counter suppositories, cream and witch hazel. I can not get into see a doctor until July 21. I can not stand the pain and I have a high pain tolerance. What products should I use?

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

You have hemorrhoids and using suppository so diarrhea occurs....

For your condition suppository not advisable.
Because of hemorrhoids constipation can be there ...For that instead of suppository use stool softener ....
Anal water sitz bath helpful....
If pain more locally xylocaine jelly can be applied....
Avoid excess spicy foods...
Avoid straining at stool...
High fiber diet taken for preventing constipation...
If still not improving then for hemorrhoids surgical management needed....

Consult gastroenterologist with keeping my answer in mind...

Take care.
