Suggest Treatment For Rashes Under The Arm Along With Liquid Discharge From The Scrotum

my boyfriend has what seems to be jock itch but not caused by the usual suspects. he has had the same "rash" under his arms. his scrotum is secreting a clear, ordorless liqiud. the penis appears to be fine. he tried lamisil once but burned too much. is using desenex powder for now

Your current health issues seem to be due to -deep rooted ringworm infection in groin and scrotum and arm pit.
You would need long term treats with Terbinafine Oral 250 mg 1 x 2 times a day for 6 weeks - 16 weeks.
diflucan or itraconazole for 4-12 weeks oral treatment would resolve in few resistant cases like you.
Insulin treatment for diabetes could be helpful after diagnosing the hidden diabetes.
Investigate and Treat hidden Diabetes , which needs to be done in such cases like you.

You should consult Dermatologist -from skin department.
Hence Other causes - need to be ruled out,by verification with Orthopedic Surgeon.

Do's-
Consult with dermatologist,who would investigate history and physically examine to fix the cause of -resistant ringworm ,which could be chronicity with deep skin infection, steroid use / anticancer medicines.
Flucanozole or Itraconazole 100 mg x 2 time x 2-6 weeks-or 12 weeks in some cases would resolve

Avoiding steroid combinations or steroids
general health built up with good high protein diet with Vit B12 / Folic acid and iron supplements would improve the response.
