Suggest Treatment For Rashes On The Inner Thigh

I have got rashes on inner thighs mainly on the folds. Got it when I went on a tour to a highly sweaty place few weeks back. The skin has become ultra soft, has some painful cuts and now I can seen some blisters. I think it is slowly spreading. Tried Itch Guard cream and Four Derm Cream but they didn t work. I am keeping the area dry with some baby powder..

Hello,
Thanks for the query,
You might have developed fungal infection.
The area of groin is very moist and is prone to develop these infections.
Treatment can be with oral antifungals as well as with topical antifungals.
Various antifungal powders like candid are availabe.
These can help reduce the moisture as well as control the infection.
Please dont use any steroid, it can worsen your condition
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
