Anyway, going by what you have described, if the bilirubin levels are high and you have complaints of rashes, it goes more in favor of either hepatic jaundice or obstructive jaundice. In case you develop fever, it means this could be hepatic jaundice from infective origin. You need to consult Physician for appropriate management. Otherwise, to diagnose obstructive jaundice, you need to get your ultrasound scan of right upper quadrant of abdomen to rule out gall stone disease.
