Suggest Treatment For Rashes On Babies Neck And Shoulder

My 12 month old son has just showed up with a bad rash across his shoulders, neck, tops of his arms, and around his hair line. It is real red and bumpy. But he doesnt seem to itch really. I have tryed giving his benidryl and oatmeal baths. also i have tried baking soda bath and putting corn startch on him. But nothing seems to make the rash better and now he is sleeping a lot and has a very small appitite. I think it might be a heat rash. But when i look up information on it... it doesnt sound like it to me exactly.

Hi..by what you quote this is looking like an allergic or urticarial rash. This doesnt sound like a heat rash. You can use syrup Hydroxyzine at the appropriate dose. This is a prescription drug and I suggest you consult your pediatrician regarding this.
Another option is uploading the images to us and after seeing them we will get back to you with appropriate suggestions.

I am telling this because skin conditions are best diagnosed and managed after seeing them.
