Suggest Treatment For Rashes After Unprotected Intercourse

Approx 3 months ago I had a rash 3 weeks after unprotected sexual encounter. Doc said it wasn t and gave me steroid for swelling and jock itch cream which cleared it up. Now 3 months later I did it again, this time my urethrea has a tingling sensation and feels like it s dripping. It has been 8 days and I am not leaking any discharge or fluid. Please help?
