Suggest Treatment For Rash On Buttocks

Hello Doctor, I have got a rash at my upper part of buttocks which is very itchy and now its turned black...it usually itches a lot while i sweat...i had used fucid cream but that was a relief for few days again it started...could you advise please...thanks!

This seems like a fungal infection/Tinea cruris. The distribution of the rash and Itching favor this diagnosis.
You may try an OTC antifungal e.g clotrimazole 1% cream, twice daily for a few days.
However, I would suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your region for a confirmatory diagnosis.
Your dermatologist might also start you on oral antifungals if he/she feels that the infection is extensive.
An OTC oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once daily will provide you symptomatic relief from itching.
