My heartrate went up to 200 bpm while I was sitting completely still and stayed that way about 10 minutes and suddenly went back to normal. I got really white, weak and almost passed out. What does that mean exactly? I wasn t anxious or working out. It happened when I bent over to pick something up off the ground.
Hi, thank you for asking Healthcare Magic. Bending down can reduce the amount of blood entering the heart. The heart responses by increasing heart beat but this would rarely go up to 200 bpm. May be you might be having an underlying problem. I would suggest you see a cardiologist for proper assessment.
I hope that answers your query. If you have more questions or any follow up query do not hesitate to write to us. I wish you well
