Hi doctor please I need your help I visited many doctors but no one could find what's wrong with me theu say stress well am ganna telll you whats happening am afraid of going out I always have rapid heart beats I feel dizzy and losing control I can't breathe well and start feeling like what am I doing in this place I start thinking negative is that stress?
