Suggest Treatment For Raised Red Rashes On My Chest

I have a itchy red raised rash that started in my chest and is now in my throat andn starting to spread to my stomach slowly in parts. My Husband when away on Business used a different detergent. Also my son pranked me by putting dish washing liquid and windex in my water bottles, sports drink and slim fast a week and a half ago. Is this all why this is happening? The rash itches intensely and is spreading rapidly!

Hello
Thanks for the query.
Probably you have developed acute urticaria.
It is an allergic reaction.
This allergy can be due to any food product or any other products which you use.
As you mentioned dish washer added to your drink might be a cause.
Take an antihistamine like Tablet cetrizine daily in night for a week.
This should help you.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thanks
