Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
He has prostate cancer with metastasis in lung. It is stage 4 cancer and he already took radiation treatment. You should try chemotherapy first. However despite of all treatment prognosis remains poor. Life expectancy is not good. Consult your doctor and plan accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have any doubts then contact me at bit.ly/Drsanghvihardik, I will be happy to answer you.
Thanks for using health care magic.
