Suggest Treatment For "shadow In Chest" After Completing TB Medication

this is hasnain i have done my tb course complete of one year but inhomogenous shadowing is present in my chest tell me advise for cleaning this homogenous shadow from my chest i am 24 year old and weight 56 i completed my TB COURSE COMPLETE ONE MONTH AGO

This is very nice to note that you took complete anti tubercular treatment ( perhaps without any interruption i.e took regularly ) . But your main question is homogeneous shadow still present .
Please note down and see the difference between X ray of one year back and after completion of treatment i.e. new X ray .
But the homogeneous shadow is actually now healed lesions due to calcification and fibrosis .
These healed lesions will remain forever in your chest and no medicine can resolve these .
