Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi There

After reading the medical details provided by you I would like to suggest that as the other tests are normal but your ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY is showing apical septum hypokinesia as this portion is a distal part of Left Ventricle cavity so it become prone for clot formation there due to hypokinesia. I would like to start you on baby Aspirin tablet to prevent clot formation and later on a possible stroke. It's advisable that you should consult your cardiologist personally and discuss this.
Rest other meds you should continue as advised and also adapt healthy lifestyle habits.

I wish you good health
