Suggest Treatment For Pus Filled Pimples On The Shoulders
Lately sincenter I was young I have been getting pus pimples on my shoulder and back area. I have had acne in the pass and was really bad but it s cleared up by now but the pus pimples keep appearing and their in different sizes how do I get rid of them and is this normal?
It seems that you may be having inflammaory acne and acne pustulosa. Acne is a multifactorial disease. There may be genetic tendency also. Stress, anxiety, sleeplessness, oily food, dandruff, drugs like steroid,iodin,INH..etc might precipitate or exacerbate the disease. There may be secondary bacterial infection. I usually advise in my patient having such problem..antibiotic like minocycline 50 mg in morning and isotretinoin cap 10 mg at night for few months or till good result. And to apply clindamycine gel at night. To cleanse the face with antiseptic face wash...like acmed face wash. Avoid oily food. Be stressfree. Have patience. I feel, you might become alright after few months treatment. Take treatment after consulting dermatologist personally. I hope you got my answer.
Thanks.
