I have a lump on the back part of my scrotum it swells if it gets irritated and feels like it has a vien attached or apart of it that streches toward near my anus but not on it just between scrotum and anus where there s another lump the pus and little blood come out of two openings like the head of a bump. My groin itches and there are also smaller bumps or lumps with the same pus that come and go that line either side of the cheaks of my buttocks. I sweat a lot in my growing area and have had jock itch
