Suggest Treatment For Pus Filled Bumps On The Legs

On my leg there is appears to be an allergic reaction to a bite but I do not remember being bitten. There is a white puss filled top about the circumference of a pencil. It does not itch but it hurts. It has been there at least since last Friday starting with a welt. The welt is there and the area surrounding the welt is also sore. The welt itself feels warmer than the rest of my leg. For the first time today I took some bynadryl and put cortizone on it. Should I go to the doctor for it?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that due to some insect bite there might be having local allergic reaction producing rash.
There might be having some bacterial infection as well.
Clean local part with warm water and apply triple action cream.
Take Benadryl or cetrizine medicine for 2-3 days.
Ok and take care.
