Suggest Treatment For Pus Cells In Urine

My father is 65 yrs old and has 120 pus cells in urine he had his prostarte surgery done abt 2 months ago and hsi culture report is negative He is taking Niftren still after 10 days pus cells are not disappearing Can u please suggest what to do also to mention he has a diveticulum in his bladder

I really appreciate your concern for your father in my opinion looking to the age of your father and his history of surgery it is better to get done the urine culture sensitivity test and this is the only best option you have otherwise treating such condition on tentative basis is not advisable, hope this information helps you have a nice day.
