Hello

Thank you for trusting HCM

Dear Pus cells in stools due to infection or inflammtion of bowels. Normal Pus cells in stools 2-3/hpf. But they may increase in chrons disease, ulcerative colitis and infection like clostridium difficale etc. Some of the food may cause bowel inflammation lead to Pus cells in stools. So just check for stool culture and sensitivity, other investigations needed are colonoscopy and upper gi scan, ultrasound etc.. Depending on the report we can treat it. Avoid spicy high fatty food and alcohol. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
