Suggest Treatment For Pus Cell During Pregnancy

Hi. I am five months pregnant, and its my first pregnancy. Everything has been progressing normally except since the beginning, pus cells have been detected in my urine exams. I have no other symptom of a UTI. In last ultra sound constrictions in left kidney were observed. My doctor has only advised to increase fluid intake and i am not taking any antibiotics for this. In last exam, i had one pus cell detected in my urine sample. How dangerous is this condition and will taking fluids alone be enough to treat it? Is there anything else I can/should do?

hi thanks for writing to us
repeated urinary tract infection definetely needs treatment with antibiotics as there are many effects of urinary tract infection like preterm labor, uterine infection ,anaemia...
i pus cell is of no concern
it is better to do a urine culture to see whether there is any growth of pathogens which can cause harm
and then take antibiotics
continue taking lot of fluids
