My son is 40 He has fluid around his heart his lungs are filled with fluid the er doctor put him into a drug induced coma he is on life saving machine and wires to breathe for him and keep his heart beating. no .drug of choice is diuretics. ventilators support will for temporary. slowly it will wean. presently diuretics and antiinlfmattory required as well as prevention of ventilators associated infections
