Hello
It seems from the history that you are having puffy eye lids and you have dry eyes and have taken treatment for cold.
This indicates allergic blepharitis or blepharoconjunctivitis as a cause for this condition.
The treatment is by use of anti allergic eye drops and decongestant eye drops.
Along with this you need to continue artificial tears eye drops for dry eyes.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and prescription of drugs accordingly.

Thank you
