I have recently noticed what looks like psoriasis on my big toe after doin some research alot of people have the same problem my usual steroid creams don t work neither does my coconut oil that works for other psoriasis I have tried sun beds as that previously cleared my psoriasis up but nothing is helping it doesn t hurt and isn t itchy just unpleasant to look at any advice on what to use
