Hello dear Understand your concern Prolonged vaginal bleeding after 2 week of abortion is not normal. Abortion should be done under observation of gynecologist to prevent complication like excessive bleeding and incomplete abortion. Following are the other causes of excessive bleeding: incomplete abortion/retain product, ectopic pregnancy, molar pregnancy and pelvic/vaginal infections. For diagnosis, you should consult the gynecologist for diagnosis of above causes by USG scan, Blood HCG and swab test (for infection). All above causes should be treated by surgical process and infection by antibiotics. Take healthy diet with iron supplements and rest. Hope this may help you Best regards Dr. Sagar
