General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Fluctuating levels of serum bilirubin with history of right sided abdominal pain needs a proper evaluation. This could be possibly due to cholestasis or hepatoma or hepatocellular carcinoma.
You need to get an ultrasound abdomen done.
In case ultrasound is inconclusive, you need a CT scan for appropriate diagnosis.
Kindly get an evaluation done with reports by a Physician for proper advise.
Hope the information provided would he useful.
All the best.
