Suggest Treatment For Prolonged Headache

I have been having headache for over 2 weeks. It starts on one side of my head and now its on the other. I have taking head congestion cause I do have a cough but it doesnt work. Ibuprofen isnt helping either. Im also havibg jaw pain and my molar started bleeding last night

Please note that it could be migraines or cluster headache or simple stress headache too.Therefore please see your physician once and go for a scan if required.
so that any lesions,tumors etc can be ruled out.
you can also go for a vision test once.Improve your diet and have plenty of fluids.
