I have a bladder that has fallen that I recently noticed. I have an appointment with my GP Wed. I am an active person and will walking or exercising make it worse? I have had this operation about 8 years ago so I am aware that it is a problem. I am 73 and I realize I may do damage so need to get advice before I see my doctor

I would say that some exercises may worse the prolaps :Avoid heavy lifting or straining , exercise that need to use bally muscles or increase the pressure in your abdomen . Walk slow , not fast walk . Avoid constipation .Drink a lot of water and loose weight .Meanwhile you are waiting for your doctor appointment do the gutter examinations .
