Suggest Treatment For Profound Hearing Loss Bilaterally From ABR Test

My daughter is 14 months old and has been diagnosed with a profound hearing loss bilaterally from an ABR test with sedation. Our next appt is with an ENT specialist. She failed her initial infant screening and was referred to an audiologist who performed a DPOAE test at 2 months old. She concluded that she had normal hearing in both ears however only finished 3 out of 6 tests. She said that she was a pass on the remaining 3 due to a break in noise . We were reassured that her hearing was normal and went back to our daily grind. We also felt that she responded to sounds normally. At 13 months I realized something was wrong with her hearing and performed tests at home to confirm. We visited her normal GP and he did a tympantery test which she failed with almost no response on the chart (indicating a possible blockage etc.). We were referred to an audiologist and prescribed antibiotics. She saw an audiologist who performed another tympantery and DPOAE test. This was only 4 days after she started the antibiotic. She passed he tympantery test this time and then failed the DPOAE test. She followed up with an ABR test a week later and was diagnosed with a profound hearing loss in both ears. Obviously crushing but wondering if there is any hope for her to hear on her own with surgery etc before trying a cochlear implant etc. One caveat is that she did have an upper respiratory infection in Thailand at 6 months old which required breathing treatments etc. Any advice would be appreciated as I have not spoken with an actual doctor besides her GP at first.
