Suggest Treatment For Primary Amenorrhea And Elevates FSH Levels

15 year old 2 1/2 years out from preop chemo and then extripation of huge ovarian endosinus tumor. Now has primary amenorrhea. Op report suggest streak gonad on the left. Needs karyotype, estradiol level. FSH is elevated. Phenotype suggestive of Turner's. or xy gonadal dysgenesis. What else to do? Are OCP's the best for add HRT at this young age?

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
See, as you mentioned that FSH is elevated and phenotype is suggestive of Turner's syndrome.. My concern is about your height, menses , your cardiac status, bone age and any other abnormalities which are associated with Turner or Gonadal Dysgensis..In Turner syndrome at this age, we can start with estradiol but with low dose.. as if you are not achieved your target height or you are very short then we can also give growth hormone.. So we have to assess you thoroughly.. i suggest you to consult endocrinologist for further management...
