General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern
Pricking sensation in the clitoris mainly due to lower urinary tract infection (cystitis or urethritis).
I would suggest to go for urine testing and CBC to confirm the infections.
I will give following advice:
Tablet septran plus nitrozolium
Syrup cital. Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry and orange.
Wash vagina with warm water and then apply apple cidar vinegar.
Maintain pelvic hygiene before and after sex and urination.
So consult the GP/gynecologist and take proper treatment
Hope this may help you

Contact HCM for further health issue.
Best regards
