Suggest Treatment For Pressure Sensation In The Ears

I went swimming 7 days ago at the beach. (lake) between 11 am-4 pm. After we got done, I was having trouble with my ears. The sensation wentaway in a while though. So now, I go to lay down (on my left side) with my ear touching the pillow with pressure, and I feel like something is sliding out of my ear a little. So right away I stand up and lean my head towards the right to help and it stops it from hurting. But now it feels like there s still something I n my ear and it s soooooo annoying and uncomfortable.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern.
Discussion:- The inner ear must have been filled with water but this may not be bilateral, if this is bilateral then it may not be due to water but this could be due to allergic condition, over all this is nothing to worry.
Medication:- Antihistamine can be tired, "Chlorpheniramine maleate" is the best drug can be tired.
Advise:- Have some steam inhalation.
Comments:- Your age and gender is missing here else more specific can be thought.
Hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
