Suggest Treatment For Pressure In Ear While Sleeping On Stomach

when i lay on my stomach and raise my head like to look at my phone or read a book I get this immediate pressure and pain to my head and ears like it s going to blow up It worries me badly does sounD serious I need help I m a single mom with 4 kids I m 22 years old

Welcome in HCM.

I understand your query very well and I would like to say that on lay down on stomach intra abdominal pressure raises and it puts pressure and pushes diaphragm up thus the intra thoracic pressure also increases and ultimately veins gets engorge. Because of these changes there may appear headache and heaviness and pain in ear.

I hope above answers your query and usually this happens with bulging out belly of abdomen and this is not any sign of disease.
