Suggest Treatment For Pressure Between Eyebrows And Pain In Nears

I get this "pressure" feeling on the top side of the nose, more like in the spot between eyebrows when I bend my neck towards(start to feel dizzy and feel pressure on the heads front side). There is also a slight pain in my right ear and back of the neck, which makes me think I also have a headache on the right side.Have felt this for 2 days now, quite worrysome since I'm going through another illness that hasn't been diagnosed yet - 3 week diarrhea, constant pain/burn on the chest area(mostly center or slightly to the left).Made me think of GERD,so I tried to sleep on a mountaint of pillows for past few days to deny the acid reflux.Could my change of sleeping position have cause the neck, ear pain and constant dizzines? Please, help me,it's really been a worrysome month.
P.S - Excuse my bad english.

Differential diagnosis in your case would be Neck muscle sprain,Sinus infection with middle ear involvement, dizziness secondary to diarrhoea.Treatment of Gerd includes elevation of head end, avoid late dinner, smoking, caffeinated beverages, alcohol, stress, drugs like analgesics.Too much flexion of neck could be the cause of your neck pain and avoiding that might help you feel better.Kindly consult your family doctor for the treatment of diarrhoea and reflux disease.
